    Have you try surfing Google Uk or Google Australia? Try the one that is different from your country.

    Here is a neat site you can use to see if a site is down for everyone, or just you.
    I have found that if the site you are trying to visit, gives a database error, then this tool says that the site is fine.

    That was rude....
    Check if other google services like gmail, blogger, orkut are working for you or not...if none of these is working then you are infected by a trozan/virus which prevents opening any site related to google.. I have also faced that problem
    If thats the case search yahoo/msn search engines for solving this problem

    Try to double check your ISP, your connection. Just be patient. Stay calm and cool. If you are sure, that you do nothing bad, Google have no reason to ban your ISP.
