they are not discriminating , rather they are banning those countries which were being less profitable to them in terms of referrals
No discrimination. Pakistan is a know to be a scammers haven and has been for years. I had to stop selling computers to people with Pakistani address due to the amount of credit card fraud committed. Not my fault the people in Pakistan and other emerging nations feel it is okay to commit crime online and certainly not Googles either. If a store keeps getting robbed and the owner buys a gun and shoots the next crook who enters the store and tries to rob him it is not discrimination. It is called security, protection, and self defense. Rights those in the USA are given freely. Remember you get what you sow in life.
