hi Friends The Google Crawl the dynamic URL It's true or not. If not true then it's necessary to redirect the dynamic url to static url. It's beneficial to static url for SEO purpose. Thanks In Advance
Google can crawl dynamic URLS. Just do a search in Google for site:forums.digitalpoint.com - You will tons of dynamic URLs listed there. If you do want to use static URLs, you can find a number of mod-rewriter generators online that will create the necessary .httaccess file for you. Alex
hi, i don't think that google have any problem in crawling the dynamic urls but they should be neat and clean...
YES, Google can and will crawl and understand dynamic url's if the parameters are of reasonable number.. However, URL's with dynamic session ID's won't be crawled
Yes they accomplish crawl it !!! excluding they don't situate superior precedence intended for individuals pages.
google does index dynamic url's but it will not rescan those pages as fast a html pages, so for example if you have a page which you change its content a lot then i would recommend having .html. also i would recommend using mod rewrite so that your pages look like a directory. for example instead of having www.myhouse.co.uk/house.html i would have www.myhouse.co.uk/house/ now im not 100% sure if this will give you a better rank, but i have spent a lot of time looking at websites that are positioned on google first page that have low page rank + not many pages+ not much content, and all these websites have this type of directory urls. so right now im uploading a new website with new urls to see if google positions these pages high. Also if you have a page with a high page rank then i would not bother trying to use this mod rewrite method as it will see this /house/ as a different page than house.html so you get 0 PR.
One benefit of static pages is keywords in the URL. They might not be given a whole lot more weight in and of themselves but when people start naturally linking to you, those who only link with urls will be linking to you with keyword-rich anchor text. Many people are lazy and don't bother to create their own anchor text for the link. So, Google will see "http://www.example.com/blue-horses/" and give credit for the words "blue" and "horses" as well as the domain name, of course. If your URLs are dynamic, "http://www.example.com/topic.php?categoryid=1&nonsenseid=10" and someone links to you this way, Google will give credit for a link but no valuable keyword-rich anchor text.
