Webmasters may change do-follow links to no-follow ones or vice versa at any time, not to mention the fact that Google has a reputation for coming up with new rules and guidelines on a regular basis. Googlelogic is often pretty much no-follow as far as I am concerned.
In 2005 Google announced that no follow would not influence the link target's PageRank. But obcourse Google do change rules they might have not publicly announced it to prevent manipulation of Pr ranking right ?
Google does not count no follow links so it has no meaning. It may be effective for increase backlinks and some visitors from other search engines.
Yes it follows but I don't know how. I think it all depends from where the link is coming. How can I tell that it follows, or why does it give the link a value? You tube
I was looking for this question answer for a long time before.... but i think that google index no follow but it's not helpful for increasing SERP's rank. i am still not sure about it.... do discussion keep up plz
Google made an official statement that they are not following nofollows. It was a discussion with a few SEO experts, where they also mentioned that Yahoo does not care if links are marked nofollow, they follow the link.
Google originally created the nofollow attribute, they would never start counting it. It was made to prevent the passing of PR to possibly untrustworthy sites.
the no follow link may help you in getting traffic but it not affect ranking, go for dofollow links only
Google counts the nofollow links but it never consider them in order to increase the page rank of a site. means nofollow links are just like a garbage value. so the links always should be dofollow.
