    2 of my adsense cheques are issued by Google but neither received nor credited in my account

    Is google cheating me.??

    You can apply for reissue of your check, in case its lost, because google does not cheat their publishers. You can also login to your account and check out for address in case its wrongly given.

    Google never cheats anybody. You contact them. They will issue another cheque.
