is google case sensitive

    Hi, i will like to know that is google case sensitive, because when i search "seo services in india" my site appears at 12th place, when i write "SEO services in india" my site appear in 4th place, when i write "SEO Services in India" my site at 7th place, is this happens with google or only with my site.

    Yes I think it is too, I have the same situation, a capitalised search returns a different result to the exact same search in lower case

    so from your result it proved that google is case sensitive, my site got the different result when use cap as well. you just point me out some important factor for SEO. thanks.

    Well I only found out about this today. Previously I thought only the arrangement of the keywords give different result but it seems that it is also case sensitive. Interesting find...

    Usually we dont use caps while searching so is it recomended to use lower characters rather than sentence or caps.

    Please suggest.

    very interesting... I never worry about case when searching. Seems a little unfair. Most of my keywords are proper names, so would be capitalized to look proper. But like I said *I* never worry about proper capitalization when searching, and I bet most people don't too.

    umm...not sure how true that is. I've tried searching both ways and on all searches so far I get the same results on the SERP

    Most definitely case sensitive......
    BUT-
    remember that each user gets different results in a search.
    What is #1 for you may be #3 for my same search term.
