    Google+ is not grate to increase the page rank than Facebook but in future it will be more helpful to increase page ranking than Facebook.

    i do not say that google+ is as good as facebook but google+ is strongly beating with facebook,specially when google+ has added a additional page that is +1 page which is really effective for business purposes.

    I think Google+ will help For increasing more page ranks but it may not help more than Facebook for the Page ranks.

    I think Google+ is better for page rank. As the page rank is the invention of Google & in Facebook there are lots of things which are not necessary

    There has always been a 'war' between Google and Facebook so if the algorithm takes social signals into question then it is only natural to assume that Google will give the signals from G+, increasing prominence.

    Of course Google plus is as important as facebook and also G+ is more seo friendly than facebook. you can always use all resources because when these all resources combine together then you got the high page rank. All main social website are important for increasing your pagerank. means you should use all social websites for you website.

    Not sure as only Google knows this but if you ever noticed - Google is focusing on your contents in G+. They count how many people liked your shared content in G+. I guess upto some point it will sure help.

    G+ is good for branding and taking up first page real estate. Increased PR? Questionable. Though if your brand has a G+ page it'll be on page 1 for that branded search term (organic).

    I don't think G+ would ever be as good as Facebook likes ( Google profile never seemed to pick the interest of users as facebook.

    However, I do believe Google is giving a weight for these G+ in ranking ( not huge impact ) but high enough for website owners to care :)
