I looked at their demo - was an ad supposed to appear? If it did, the system didn't work for me. Anyway, Adsense for Video was cancelled back in the spring of 2009. http://adsense.blogspot.com/2009/03/sunsetting-video-units-feature.html

Read the Long Tail Video info page. It says: The AdSense for Video program ended in early 2009, so there are no AdSense for Video ads to run using the Long Tail Video software. Maybe they implement Adsense ads in some other way, but that's not clear on their site, and their demo does not use Adsense ads. Whether it's allowed under the Adsense Program Policies depends on what exactly the software is doing. If it alters the Adsense code in any way then it's in violation of the rules.
