Really its shocking search result by Google... and that too with site link... some times it is hard to judge Google's ranking factors and to be a authority site.

    a) Google has never said sitelinks have anything to do with any kind of mythical 'authority' status.
    b) I guess those sitelinks direct you to the most linked parts of the site - that's website democracy in action - most people want sex from youtube.
    c) any parent/guardian who leaves a kid in front of a computer looking for video clips on their own, is deluding themselves if they think they aren't going to find 'adult' material in minutes.

But sitelinks indicate some kind of status in Google...

Do n't they have a filter for preventing sitelinks with banned words like sex ,hot...????????

Sometimes I don't quite understand it myself :D
At times they can be very strict especially when it comes to Adsense and Adwords. However, just look at google image search. A simple query can sometimes present you with porn pics even with the safe search on.

Sitelinks don't indicate any kind of status whatsoever.
Google show sitelinks because they think they're a useful short-cut for users.

You want a filter that bans the word 'hot' ? So that's all recipes and weather reports censored then.

If you're a parent and you are worried about it - set up your own net-nanny/ firewall /filters.
Don't expect the internet's most used search engine to censor everything so that's it's all suitable for a five year old.

The fact is Google provides adult ads too but ONLY for Premium webmasters..
The ads in the adult section of about.com are from google adsense..there were male enchancement sites listed in their site,NOT Porn

So,Google gives the leverage of serving adult ads for sites that have premium status, which have more than 5~10 Million sites views per month...
