Is Google Adwords only the way for effective marketing

Hi,

I have a Backlink service business. I am planning to promote it. Is buying Adwords and promoting is the only way or are there any other means to market my site to attract more customers.

If Adwords PPC method is best , what kind of meta tags, descriptions and keywords to be used in order to make use of best out of Adwords. Any other suggestions or SEO techniques you have to increase my sales. I thought about some PRLOGs, give ways etc but i feel they are long term and takes time.

Many people claim that Adwords is the best way to get targeted business. The down side is that you have to have the money to invest; testing, then getting enough ads out there to count.

Go to the Adwords site, create and account and read their info on creating ads. They give you guidelines about the best way to create your ad. (Research keywords for lower competition and higher searches then use those keywords in your site, your ad, your keyword choice in the ad) Good luck
