Is google adwords online (Live ) support Dead?

    I am from India. I have tried to contact google adwords support from last 2 months..but "no adwords reprsentetive was online" also I am getting response from email support after 10 to 15 days..is there any problem with google adwords support? are you guys facing same problem?
    what is the alternative method to contact them?
