Yes, Adsense accepts sites that use free hosting services and do not have their own domain. But your host must not have Forced ads.

but why not? as long as the forced ads are not contextual ads i think there should not be any problems

If you're that desperate for an AdSense account, you'll have better luck with Blogger.

Of course there is (specially with blogspot), but as soon as they start earning they buy their domain and reliable hosting.

If you have a good idea for a site, I'd highly recommend buying a domain/hosting. If you do it right, Adsense will easily pay for the hosting each month (however, you will have to pay for it until you get your check from Google, which isnt always 100%). Good luck.

If you can't afford to pay for your hosting and domain from adsense then it's no point starting it anyway.

You should be just fine. As long as the ads are not contextual, Google will allow you in, providing there isn't some other issue with the site.

spammy content, adult content, discriminating content or anything that goes against their tos. As long as you do not violate their TOS you should be accepted into adsense, I got accepted with a financial site hosted in freewebs that had nothing in it but some free articles.

Google will send you a check once you get to $100 dollars in your adsense balance.

    Yepp,
I, for one, have started my Web business with a free web host. and within 6 months earned enough to move the site on paid hosting.
but it was back in 2001.

You dont need to fill TAX-IDN, if you are not American and dont have business in America.

Translation: You can't display your ads on a parked domain (they have a separate service for this) but only sites with content, and you can't have your ads in a pop-up or send it in an email.
