Is Google +1 Better for SEO?

Hi,
I've put +1 buttons on my sites and now i'm waiting (and hoping) that It makes a difference to SEO. Has anyone done this before?

Well, I would like to say that this +1 button is just like recommending to Google friends about this search result with the respected keyword. We cannot say how much it contributes to search engine but we must assume it to be nothing as recommended. It might help Google algorithm in understanding how the results are satisfying the searchers. But for now no such has helped in SEO activities.

 

For me, I really don't see this Google+ a helpful thing for SEO... There's simply no optimization happening if this Google+ exist. Of course it focuses on the users like.

 

IMO I think there will be some effect as Google Plus Community launches, the more +1 on your website and webpage + the more circle of friends on your google plus = more traffic.

 

+1 Google is not clear on the website to promote what the benefits to be tested

 

That is really valuable thing in your site but its not only a way to promote your site. It can not direct improve your ranking

 

I think its like a facebook LIKE button (Google +1 )

 

Certainly it has nothing to do with SEO, it's will judt show the popularity for your website and the number of votes to your website, nothing special when it comes to SEO !

Google +1 is like Faceebook Like button. it's like a vote that is given to a website.

i have implemented it in few of my client websites but didn't see any change in google ranking.

I am still testing it out.

 

Yeah i think it's almost just like Facebook like.. I think maybe it might be able to help with some SEO once you get enough +..but we'll see... still testing it out as well

 

yes Google +1 is good to generate a lot off traffic on a website. So this is best technique for SEO.

This plus button will allow users to essentially recommend your page or content. it was same as facebook "like" button which helps to share our page with others via social network. It will show up as a recommendation in someone’s search results on Google

 

Moreover Facebook is having an option to create business page but Google+ doesn't have it.

 

Google+ is currently introducing business pages so it won't be long until they are there too. It seems to me that Google+ will be a better match for businesses as a social networking tool.

Ya it's very effective and useful for seo.

 

I am not sure but I think it improves ranking as far as your friend circle is concerned, that too if they are logged in.

 

It is still very new, and fairly unexplored area of the internet.
I am certain that as time goes on it will have a greater impact.
