Is getting ranked high in Google enough?

I am ranked first in multiple keywords in Google for my website www.TheLoveQuilt.com, but I am not ranked anywhere near as high in any other search engines. My traffic is about 100 visitors per day. If I get ranked high in the other search engines, will my traffic increase a lot, or am I seeing about the most I will get right now as I am ranked high in Google?

Firstly congratulations for ranking first for your keywords.
However if you are ranked first for multiple keywords and only gaining 100 visitors per day, then it is likely that ranking first on other search engines, for these same keywords, will only send you a fraction of this number of visitors.

You should now start targeting some more competitive high traffic keywords.

    well I'm ranked for these:

    show my love (1)
    show my love online (1)
how to show my love online (1)
how to show my love (6)
how to express my love online (4)
    express my love online (2)

You don't think these are competitive enough? What do you suggest I do?

I would work on your PR (Page Rank) you are not on the radar for that. You need to concentrate on getting some backlinks I would guess. Long tail keyword traffic is great, but your next goal needs to be getting some traffic from just a couple keywords, or other long tails such as "what is a love quilt" or "share your love" don't stop just at "show" love. Hope this helps.

Google will send the bulk of your search engine traffic they pretty much dominate the search market.

Yea, I do need to increase my PR, but my site hasn't been around long enough to go through a PR update. I didn't think PR really mattered though if your site was ranked high. I thought increased as you ranked higher and got more back links.

    Hi,

It might be right that PR would not be decisive factor for ranking purpose but higher PR sites and pages would usually also come with higher quality page contents and back links. These 2 factors would benefit your SERP in the long run. :)

    all the best,

You can do keyword analysis through Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

I think google is ranking your site high because of your Adword targeted keyword, it's good. To get rank high in other search engine get some quality backlink, surely you will see the result.

Just as someone else said, your traffic from other search engines, will increase your traffic levels to a bit high. That's it.
It depends on the total number of searches user search on your keyword from all over the world. Try with Google's keyword Tool to see how your keyword are performing on Google search. And I recommend you to start building backlinks to your present ranking keywords(if you haven't started yet) to maintain your rankings because Google doesn't give a permanent ranking position unless your site delivers maximum relevancy than any other site on the web. Also Google love fresh content online, which may be the reason why you are experiencing those rankings.

Google -> the other SE's. So when your high in Google its fine but if your only high in SE's like Bing and Yahoo then you should take a look at Google as well.

The problem you have is the number of searches they get per month.

show my love = 390 searches a month
show my love online = Not available (No searches at all?)
how to show my love online = Not available
how to show my love = 28 searches a month (Although you're only in position 6 anyway)
how to express my love online = Not available
express my love online = Not available

You can find these out by using the Google keyword tool (But make sure you have it set as exact and not broad!).

By looking at those, it's not surprising you're only getting 100 visitors a day. Trying to rank for these on other search engines won't do you any good, you need to find some more competitive and more popular keywords to rank for.
