Hi I have an online shopping directory website. I am looking to generate more traffic to my website via affiliates under a pay per click program with Clix galore at (www.clixgalore.com) I have google adsense on every page on my website. Is it against the Google TOS to use an affiliate marketing PPC program to generate traffic to your website if it contains adsence ads? Note: I am not talking about paying some one to click on my ads... I am referring to paying websites for people to click through to my website to view my website and possibly as a result they may click on a adsense ad
It is not against the TOS to use PPC programs. It is however a violation to use click exchange programs. Here's an excerpt from the TOS. "Clicks on Google ads must result from genuine user interest. Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions on your Google ads is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to repeated manual clicks or impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to your account being disabled. "
it's not against the adsense tos and most of trhe mfa sites are doing to get traffic to their web sites
