Is gambling with Paypal legal? I read it's illegal on the site, but i also heard that this counts only for U.S and U.K residents?

LOL I can imagine how PayPal is working on case resolution::)) I don't think they would approve any gambling business, or if it happened they are likely to close the account as soon as a first dispute submitted

I know the big casino's like europa casino and 888.com and all the others I've seen don't accept paypal, I believe they do have rules against it, as they in no way want to affiliate themselves with any kind of illegal activity.

However if you wanted to you could always see if there are VCC's that allow paypal and signup with them and fund a casino account with them.

I thought I read gambling with paypal was against their TOS. I could be mistaken. Exchange your paypal with someone that has moneybookers or Net teller then you could gamble with no problem.

I really doubt paypal would support gambling sites since they are against some us laws

I highly doubt they would support any idea of gambling, considering all of the ridiculous laws here in the US dealing with online gambling.

No its illegal to use paypal for gambling largely because paypal is a US company and that would violate the gambling over wires laws.
