    Froogle is very useful place when it comes to buying - resale rights, master resale rights, private label rights- products.

    Froogle is indeed a very useful market place as far as private label rights, master resale rights products are concerned. I have collected many products from froogle and from the sponsored ads on the right side of many froogle pages.

    "and from the sponsored ads on the right side of many froogle pages" -

    these are exactly the same ads as appear on regular google search.

    I had some traffic in the early days, but now, even when I'd search for a product that I know I'm the only one carrying it, it doesn't come up. Something has changed and I think it's toward those sellers using Google Checkout.

    =================================

    In google adword campaigns merchants have an option of targeting a particular site they prefer. In my observation, many ads appearing on froogle site are different from ads appearing on google. Often you get cheap offers from froogle, as the froogle traffic can be more targetted than, relatively speaking, google.

    You're confusing Adsense ads - content or site targetted ads - with search ads - the ones on froogle are the same as on google's search pages

    Froogle doesn't seem to be something that many people use, but any type of free advertising isn't a bad thing. Even if you only pull three people in from using Froogle it is three more people than you had.

    I've heard of people making a lot of money off froogle(google products). Theres a video on youtube of a guy. http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZwAJas1RfF4 I believe he used froogle, and his website to make money off amazon sales. I'm not sure if its relevant today, but it's some decent information.

    Also, it seems to emphasize sites that are using Google Checkout. I haven't seen much traffic from it, but then again I haven't uploaded a good csv of my products or built many pages.

    I think it could be very useful.

    I have generated sales in the past of over $100,000 from Froogle leads BUT something has changed recently and it is no longer bringing in the traffic. many of my leads came from appearing in the first 3 results that were popping above the Organic results. This doesn't seems to be happening anymore.

    Example of prince grip plus lotion, used to display above the organic results. Now it never does.

    I forgot, the conversion rate from my froogle leads was pretty much the same as leads from shopping.com or pricegrabber.com.

    I had never used before, listed 1 item on it earlier to see if anything ever happens, had 5 impressions but no clicks. If I get a sale through my product review I will list more and post here :)

    It really looked promising... the connection with Google Base has a lot of potential to fill the standards gap... I'm not giving up on it yet...

    One of our clients uses Google Products exclusively for their marketing (UK based company). No PPC of any kind. They're doing about 100 uniques a day, and selling about 4 orders per day. For the price, it's a great tool ;)

    I've never used it, I also don't search for products on it either.
