Is Free of Charge Freelancer Network attractive?

I have developed a 100% free freelancer network which DO NOT charge from either hirers/freelancers.

Question:

• Well it more attractive than those Paid Freelancer Network?
• How to get more traffic from Hirer? (It's easier for freelancer to signup if i have tons of project)
• Any Free Advertising space to recommend?

Well. I would say that having a free freelance site is a good idea as you can garner more members.
Making money will be li'l difficult as its free to join. So my advice would be to take share of each transaction. Like if some coder charges $XXX to design a site for his hirer then you must get something around 5-7% of the total deal. It will be more or less like what eBay does: Free registration but a commission in each transaction.

I do not worry bout earning currently. All i need is try as hard as possible to provide best+free service to hirers and freelancers.
But i would like to know where can those hirers notice my service

 

for that you will have to promote your site here in DP..AWA in other forums such as sitepoint or v7n..you can also promote your sites in forums related to coders..

 

Not at all. If there are no freelancers to complete my project, it doesn't matter if its free to post jobs. I'd rather use rentacoder / other established names because they have A LOT of freelancers COMPETING for my job.

Coz i found that the well-known freelancer website are survive by charging either freelancer/hirer

But i would like to change the norm, by giving out FREE service for both of them. When it comes to FREE, which mean i may not afford to pay for Ads 8D

Hi all, to be honest, i am currently jobless. i resign in order to full time concentrate my sites (under the signature)
And this is how i can get the website done within 1 months by my own.

I wish to sharpen my web marketing skill by providing free service to online marketers, programmers.

So i really hope to get more web marketer's attention in this few months, and earn by my marketing skill else i will need to go for those concrete jungle again, and enjoy the office life

It will not be more attractive, how will you prevent scammers who just post jobs and do not pay . You should charge people to post a project in your freelance website.

All they can do is jz writing something bad on their ranking.
