    If you read the terms of service Flippa only acts a marketplace and they are in no way responsible for the actual exchange of money and site contents between users. Banning someones account won't do any good and they will just rejoin with a new email.

    I've heard a lot of good things about Flippa, but haven't used it yet. I'm about to unload some domains on Ebay this weekend.
