    I am in the middle on this one. I do believe in fate, but I also believe that you have the ability to alter it.

    I belive fate is bs as well. I do however believe that the more we believe in something, the more likely our minds can make that happen, or make us think it happened, therein lying the saying....

    hmmm interesting. Well I believe we create what ever happens to us through our free will. We are the masters of our own destiny, the authors of our own lives, and I think that is taking the ultimate personal responsibility.

    Perhaps adopting this belief can make us better people because we are less likely to cause harm and suffering to others lest it comes back to bite us!
