Hello, I've been looking for a web host which supports multiple domains for a while know. In my eyes, Fatcow seems to be the best choice. Even though, I'm not sure if I should purchase their services. Their prices made be a little bit suspicious. First, a page tells me it costs 88$/year, another page tells me it costs 66$, and a third one tells me it costs 44$/year. So, my question is: Can I trust Fatcow? Or should I go with another host? Thanks, Filip
As far as I know, FatCow is a legit and reliable web hosting provider. The price difference might be due to promotions, discount over payment term, etc. There are many other web host which supports multiple domains, good luck in choosing your web hosting.
I believe they are. If you google for top 10 web hosting or 10 best web hosting, many of those review sites have fatcow in their top 10 among other web hosting companies like ipage, inmotion, hostmonster, etc.
I am using fatcow.. but there are few problems in there cpanel regarding dns editing or cron jobs! they hardly work
I do agree with you about the price. Their server is as slow as you can do a search using g00gle to find it out.
I have been using Fat Cow for about 2 years and they are good. I had one week with some up and down time however as I tell my clients every host I have ever been with has had issues. Compared to most out their Fat Cow is a very good choice. My suggestion to you is keep backups of your sites and if Fat Cow becomes a problem, change hosts.
I was their customer 1 year and I have to tell you, if you have demanding website and if you have a lot of visitors, it would be better to use hosting with other company. They were good most of the time, but I had problems with email sending. They needed 2 months to solve the problem. Other things were good. You choose
Fatcow is a legit company. However they have slow servers and poor Customer Service. I would recommend purchasing hosting from Hostgator or another company.
Fatcow is a legit host. There are, however, a few problems. Their control panel doesn't support cron jobs. Their control panel is custom (not using cPanel). I have read a few reviews where they say their servers are slow. It might be good for a few domains, but if you have more than 5 websites, be warned. They also don't have a monthly option. (most hosts do) I think this is their payment plan: 12 months: $88/month 24 months: $66/month 36 months: $44/month
