Depends mate, most of my twitter followers are fellow webmasters who run small blog sites on my topic, so I'd much rather get traffic from the personal touch that is facebook.
I believe facebook is better. Twitter is very spammed and there are many bots, and also the followers are not the users friends, so less trust there.
It depends on how many fans you have in facebook . For me Facebook is best than twitter for traffic .
it depends, how many follower do you have in twitter or how many follower do you have in twitter . Follow me on twitter twitter.com/sportbees
it all depends on how targeted your followers are. the followers form the network that are genuinely interested in following you will benefit you the most
definitely FB is much better than Twitter now. Can someone tell me - are Facebook ads good for building traffic rapidly. Or should I stick with Google Ad words Thanks
Absolutely right, facebook has better opportunities to drive traffic than twitter. In twitter you have to be followed with lots of followers to get noticed. In facebook you can just join any fan page or group and you will start be noticed to many of the users However in both the sites, you have to keep on increasing friends in your own niche.
Hi I was struggling with ideas on how I could use Facebook & Twitter to advertise my small roofing business until I heard of a unique web app on the radio on Thursday. The web app is called myforeverme.com and it links to your Twitter & Facebook accounts but the uniqueness about this site is that it lets people schedule status updates for when they want the status's to appear. As long as you don't swamp your friends with a mountain of status's then this works fab. My business has picked up quite a lot of interest since using this app and it just ticks away without me having to worry about it. The great thing is the site gives you 5 free credits to see if the services will suit your needs.
I more often use Fb to promote my blog, if I do not get through twiter visitors. I do not know what effect?
Well i think so face book traffic is better because they comes in huge and Facebook is popular then twitter. So i will always choose facebook for getting traffic for my own marketing.
As someone mentioned above, it depends on how many followers you have. If you have a thousand or more on either site, you're probably not doing so bad. But twitter has a really small limit on what you can post or talk about, facebook is a bit more lax in that general area but not by much. The best thing to do is to link your facebook account and your twitter account, so you can post up info on both.
