Is Facebook and Instagram dying ?

In my country (Turkey) Facebook and Instagram are top social media platforms used by millions of people. There are so many Facebook fun pages and influencers on Instagram. If you want to sell products in Turkey, you must be on these social media platforms.

 

Telegram is now coming quite strong, as it offers high security features that FB and others can't provide. You can't be censored on Telegram.

No... Facebook and Instagram is the best social media platform to promote their business or services.

 

Even if they are dying, they are still effective source of traffic and great when it comes to marketing. But we always have to be ready for something new

 

I have been working my ass of on a business Instagram profile and I cant help but feel like Instagram is just becoming filled with other businesses all fighting for more sales and harassing the user base. It just feels like it has been sold out

 

FB and Insta are rly good for bussiness. Mb FB dying as a social network but not as an advertisement tool. And insta will outlive us all

In my opinion, Facebook just need to find its own identity again. Years ago it was just "the first social media" but now every social media has its purpose and target. If we ask people what content do we find on Instagram Tiktok, or Snapchat people will answer immediately but what about Facebook ? Many people (including me) are just using FB for Messenger

As far as I am concerned both FecesBook and InstantSpam have been dead from day one. I have never been silly enough to sign up on either of them.

I personally don't think that facebook and instagram are dying just because they still have brilliant indicator of attendance, hence there is a demand in the society. However, they might die because of weird actions of owners of facebook. I mean the scandal with leaked confidential information of users. Such things can't guarantee that the company cares about confidential information at all. In my opinion, the time will show us whether facebook and instagram will die or not. I guess that such things will be repaired, but I think it's a very positive view on the events. Well, as I said, time will show.
