    I have downloaded some EzineArticles about gambling and at the bottom they sometimes have a link to casino sites. would this be a violation to adsense?
    they are not my links..

    Why would you have articles about Gambling on a non-gambling site?

    If they are affiliate links, you may run into trouble. Personally, I would just skip the gambling articles all together.

    Why not get content about casinos, not gambling specific.

    Yes, it's acceptable.

    We can debate forever if it's the right move or not, but it doesn't violate any adsense TOS.

    If you scrape an article that has links in it, they have to stay.
    Especially if it is the author's bio at the end.

    I'm not so sure about that...I have seen a lot of people lose their AdSense accounts for having Gambling Affiliate links on their site (Which I assume a lot of the ones in articles are going to be)

    I think rather then give the blanket OK, they should contact Google directly and get a reply from them.

    I have written google and will post what the response is when I know.
    This seems to be a little bit of a gray area, for the time being I have taken down the site, just to make sure. Thanks for comments.

    I stand corrected and please do accept my apology...

    It is actually clearly written in the Policies that the content of the site cannot contain gambling or casino-related content.

    So it is not even about the links, but the content of the articles itself that is not acceptable.

    See https://www.google.com/adsense/policies under header "Site Content"

    Site may not include:

    * Gambling or casino-related content

    Truely sorry for my previous answer...
