I'm a platinum member and have 10 articles still sitting in queue, waiting to be approved. Normally, they approve within 24 hours, but I'm starting to see quite the delay lately. Anyone else having the same issues? What caused the sudden bump in people submitting to EA?
If the delay was just happening this week, I'd say it might be because of the US holiday. A lot of people might have been submitting when the site editors were off and there could be a backlog to work through. However, it sounds like you are having a consistent problem. It could be that they are understaffed or that there was a recent spike in submissions. I have seen a number of posts on DP and other forums stating that EA is the best article directory, so more people may be submitting or the same people may be submitting more articles at one time.
I would've thought this was true, but I had articles that were written yesterday that were approved yesterday, yet some that were written over the weekend still are not approved. And they are all for the same category. Oh well.....I guess I have until 5PM tonight. We'll see what happens between then and tomorrow.
I'm a platinum author and it usually takes about 3 days for them to approve mine I just submitted 3 new ones last night. I'll see how long it takes them this time.
