It is better to do walk or cycling before going to bed and this is the best excercise and don't do any heavy excercise.

Most of the trainers recommend not exercising before going to bed .

My bodybuilder trainer said it's best to sleep after some warming activities.

Morning exercises are better, but it won't hurt if you do some sit ups before bed

The best time for you to exercise is in the morning. After all, you don't work out while you're sleeping do you..?! ;)

You know It's Better to Seek advice from a professional trainer in a GYM. They might charge you for it but it'll be the best choice. But you can also look in the net. They some times give free advice about work out programs.

But for me exercising going to bed is good if you really can't sleep or want to relief stress. Exercising at going to sleep helps you to burn up excess calories on your body. Because at night your stomach is weak at digesting when your going to sleep. So I think it's OK if you're just going to do a light work out like taking a little walk would be just fine.

I don't like morning exercise as it tends to use up energy you will be needing during the day. I prefer it after the last meal (dinner/supper) as your day is done plus you will burn off extra calories that way.
