You can go for a gentle walk if you like but heavy exercise should be avoided before going to bed. Reserve it for the morning schedule or in the evening.

Morning exercise is always advisable though you can do it anytime depends on your available time and profession.

It depends on which type of exercise you are referring to!

If it indeed is about running/jogging or lifting weights, then the better time for them is preferably in the mornings or evenings..

If it is just a walking exercise then you can do it after having dinner and before you sleep!
But other exercises like pull ups, push ups, body building are not good to do before you go to bed!

Going to bed after exercizing has always worked well for me. I go for a workout at 5 in the morning and take a short nap after that. THAT is wat really sets me up for the day

NO! All previous comments (or at least the ones I have bothered to read) are wrong!

Heavy excercise (such as weight training ) is best done before going to bed. This is because your body then has time during the night to rebuild the damage done to the muscles (which is how muscles grow).

I think it is not beneficial because in night after dinner the stomach is full.

25 seconds? That's too bad. One must have the stamina to pull up to 1 hour without taking any pills.

You see, its mind control :D

it totally depends on your body and mind!
suppose you exercise in the morning but your mind thinks after this you will get tired, then this can spoil your whole day..but if you exercise in the evening, after coming back from your work, then your mind may allow you to think that after doing exercises you will get time to relax..lets start doing it whenever you get time!
