is embedding flash games and mashups in your site and making money illegal?

    Hello All,

    Is taking other people's flash games and mashups and putting them on your site illgal if you are making money? If I put a disclaimer saying I will take it down upon request will that make a difference? Any input is appreciated.

    if you havent been given permission to use it, yes it's illegal, whether you're making money or not. And no, a disclaimer wouldn't help you.

    They'll either ask you to remove them, or they may just sue you. It depends on the company.
