This really depends on what you want to get out of it. Also, the question, is it hard to learn, really depends on your background. If you have programming experience or are very familiar with web design or computer science, then it is easy to learn. If you know nothing about web design or programming, it could take a bit of time learning. The nice thing about drupal is that it does cater to both non programmers / developers and programmers. You can put a site together fairly easy simply doing some point and clicking with the use of contributed modules. If you are looking to create a big site with a lot of features, then it could take some time and learning.

I think the easiest is Wordpress, but it depends on what site you want to do.

I also think WordPress is easiest to run yourself if you don't have some programmer/webmaster experience and patience.

the whole thing depends on your requirements and your skillset/willingness to hire a programmer. But yes in general, Drupal is a bit difficult to learn than Wordpress, but the possibilities are countless.

I recommend Drupal over Joomla. Spend a few weeks working with Drupal on a test site, and you will basically have figured it out.

Be it Joomla or Drupal, they are both easy to get started with. I personally would recommend you to go for drupal.

In my opinion drupal is not easy to learn and understand specific details such as taxonomy but it is very easy to work with when you're used to

Drupal is a very sophisticated enterprise-level CMS that is well-suited to high-traffic, complex website with multiple content owners and varied content types.

WordPress is a simple, easy-to-use, extensible CMS ideally suited to small business or personal sites where there is one editor / content owner.

Joomla is somewhere between the two - not as powerful as Drupal, but much easier to use and more powerful than WordPress.

    Hope that helps ;)
