Well, in my opinion, cold water "tastes" better (temperature changes taste!), but i'm not sure of the heath benefits of hot water. Nothing tastes better than cold water on a hot day after you're very tired and thirsty
As far as weight goes, drinking cold water is better for maintaining and losing weight because your body burns more calories heating the water up once you swallow it.
dpeends if u mean boiling the water first.. my boss drinks alot of boiled water.. and i guess it is healthier for you beacuse when boiled you kill all the germs in the water .. suppose its rather simple if you think about it like that.. its got to be healither
