I've tried two keyword links in signature but dont understand if it will be helpful for my seo or not? How it will be helpful if google dosent crawl it? does it send backlink to my webpage and does it conuts for every post which i do?
yes according to me DP signatures are best to get your site indexed on a regular basis, they may be a great source to get backlinks for your particular website.
I have over 1000+ posts and google WMT only picks up a handful of links, so you may get some traffic with people interested in the service your offering in addition to possible faster indexing but i dont think it helps with SERPS thou.
DP sig are dofollow links and you will get your site crawl by google every minutes and this will get your site craw quick as well
DP signature is do-follow. DP posts get index by Google quickly. So I think DP signature helps a lot.
This is by no means earned me some fantastic results and it does show that DP forum signatures do hold some weight and can make a difference to your rankings within just a few days! With Google my rankings often dance around alot and fluctuate, especially whilst I am active with link building. I do notice a jump in my rankings as I have added a medium to longtailed keyword in there. Even after removing a link I still found that my rankings stayed the same for a considerable time before it dipped again. In the meantime I added another link. It all depends on your strategy. This method is particularly good with upcoming product launches etc. when you are wanting to push a particular sales page or product within a specific time period.
I've seen some great results from simply having a link in my signature. The most immediate affect is that a new page or website gets indexed damn near instantly. Plus, generally speaking there are a lot of great people here in the forum, that will like to swing by your site, comment, and create more link bread crumbs and relationships.
For me, DP is one of the best forum that can help your site when it comes to SEO and a lot of people here willing to help you with your problems.
Strange, I've never really thought that DP actually helps that much. Whenever I do a search to find all the backlinks pointing to my site, I see very few links coming from these forums.
Each post will count in terms of links, but Google does not seem to be picking them up very well. I've posting for awhile now and yet to see any benefits in terms of SEO, especially SERPs. I am going to continue though and hopefully my efforts will start paying off sooner rather than later.
but guyz when i check in google for backlinks its not showing any backlinks for it. I guess what Im doing is right. i type link:myweb(dot).com[/url] in google search bar and try to count backlinks but its nothing der. instead it shows in yahoo but not showing for digital point forums.
