Is DP signature a backlink.?

DP is dofollow, all I had to do to check that was hit view source then scroll down through the post an signature areas to see the links. No "nofollow" tag to be seen.

DP signature is a powerful backlink. Get it immediately.

 

DP is definitely dofollow. There are some other forums with dofollow signature links. The problem is that they are not so high ranking. The backlinks do not show up as fast as DP.

 

Some of the backlink checkers I use all show DP as No Follow.

 

I just checked using this site http://www.backlinkwatch.com/# and it showed one link to DP as Do follow and the rest as No follow. Perhaps this is not the most accuate tool, I know it does not show all of my links.

These are consider as back links but no follow.

 

As far as i know DP forum is a do follow for signatures only

 

Did you care to check the link attributes yourself?
I use a simple plugin called 'NoDOFollow' in FF and the same clearly suggests that DP signature links are indeed dofollow!

I really wonder where comes your source of info, please share very interesting! Which tool do you use that says it is nofollow?
Tools i use (firefox addon) shows signatures as dofollow.

UPD: Yeap, the link has no red backlighting, so it is definitely dofollow.

yes, its true, because , DP get lots of fresh content daily on it, so google bot crawl such frequently content updating site very frequently, so its also index any new link placed on such site very fast.

The main page of the site is a PR 4. The threads would probably all or almost all be zeroes, or even non-indexed, like in just about any forum, because they are mostly newer pages, and don't have any exposure outside this forum and few or no backlinks.

 

No follow or do follow, its give we external link and traffic to us, love DP

 

So if i put my website in the signature... it will backlink it with google? thats awesome!
