Jogging is definitely a good way to keep healthy. I am an avid runner myself and consumed with "runner's high". I used to find it difficult to run, but after a few runs I got hooked to it. I even run on winter nights. It's a great way to beat away stress. Just remember 3 basic things: (1) get proper running shoes - get a professional to check your running/walking style so you can get the proper shoes. Having wrong pair of shoes is the number one cause of injury for runners. (2) Have proper stride rate - go for what is natural to you. If you over-exert, you will get injured. (3) Have proper posture - i.e. Have an upright posture while slightly leaning forward so you minimize impact when your foot strikes the ground.
