Its certainly good for health but bad for knees , it will give you knocking knees as you get older. Run on grass if you can.
i just read an article that discussed on being fit and maintaining weight. it said spot jogging to be great for staying fit; and the best part is, u can do it anywhere, anytime!

Yes I think that the jogging is better way to keep body attractive either in winter or in Summer.exercise does not create any effect on the body in any season.
There are good drills you can do that will not only build speed but endurance, jogging is great and will most definitely keep you healthy
anything cardio to get the heart rate up is good excercise. It's all about burning the calories to keep healthy and not storing as excess fats. Mix in a little light lifting - burns more calories than just jogging.
Jogging can be good but there are much more effective forms of exercise. Circuit training and interval training are two examples.
I like walking every day for 30 minutes to one hour, this is a very low impact way to get good cardiovascular exercise. The only thing that I think that it's better than walking or swimming, if you have the facilities available to swim please do that is a complete exercise. Cheers … Ron
sex is a better exercise. If you can last 20mins. You'll burn three times as many calories having sex for 20mins then you will walking for 20mins.
