Is direct linking to CJ allowed ?

is it allowed by CJ to advertise the direct links ?

for example, if we suppose that adwords allows promotion of affiliate links, would it be allowed by CJ to put their direct product links into adwords ? (i need the answer from the point of view of CJ, not the adwords).

Also, if it is allowed .. can you please suggest me some good PPC places where i can advertise those links ?

for example, I advertise http://www.mysite.com/redirect?product=prod123 and when someone clicks that URL they actually end up on the advertiser's website since my site is only a redirect.

If you want to do direct product links, I would definitely try shareasale or linkshare, they have much better selection for products. Commission Junction is more of a homepage thing.
