    Just use Firefox with NoDoFollow which will quickly tell you if the site has the type of link you want. I think a well rounded link profile with both types of links are good.

    However, there are thousands of outbound links, so a couple of links from your profile would not really make much of a difference.

    Link is Link, be it nofollow or what. Dofollow doesn't exists. Nofollow doesn't work much.

    I have news portal listed on Wikipedia, but the links are counted in GWT.
