    Who cares? well I do for one.. DP is one of my fav forums to get info etc.. the only thing pointless about these things is your lack of a penis kingpin.. I mean thats what the rumours about bodybuilders are true right.. something like 16 inch biceps and 3 inch penis? (u started the agro budd) Such an uncultured creature todays modern body builder.. must be the roid rage.. :D

    Umm excuse me? I would have backed you up until I read your nonsense post on 'body builders'

    BTW before I recently got sick my arms were almost 20", as far as my penis goes I don't want to make you jealous ;)

    You also might want to know the facts before looking like an idiot. Just because someone has a body building link does not make them a 'body builder' not all body builders are on steroids, 'roid rage' is a myth from all my reading, those on roids have their TESTICLES shrink in some cases not their penis.

    Talk about 'uncultured' and further more simply 'idiotic' with no sense of reality.

    hah.. I was only getting one back at kingpin mate.. I work out 2 x a day 6 days a week too my self as well and know not all body builders are the same.. just being a little juvenile as I was thinking wheres all this agro coming from with kingpin.. something polite like hey dude theres another thread already on this or something ? but anyway..

    btw .. roid rage is a fact! thats why I stick to tribulis, creatine, BCAA in a WPI protein stack.

    Umm roid rage is not a fact I suggest you do some research before spouting off
    2 x a week 6 days a week, must not be very heavy lifting periods if you're not 'on' with those type of sessions.

    I agree he could have handled it better, as could of you.

    nah I'm not into bulking up anymore.. basically my morning session is about 70 mins of cardio before I eat anything so my blood sugar levels are still low..

    arvo session in about 90 mins but not heavy either just alternate muscle groups to stay toned..

    Ok so after that little detour we are back on track now..

    heres the actual legal writ lodged by eBay again DP

    It seems kind of harsh as eBay say DP made only $5000 in aff commissions from 2003 - 2007..

    Also the DP cookie stuffing was pretty advanced using some IP / GEO deny function so that people in San Jose where eBay is located would not get stuffed..

    I think this is just a way of eBay making alot of noise to the EPN about cookie stuffing going on and not to do it I guess..

    I think you are reading that wrong, the $5k is only there for the minimum for the lawsuit. More raw numbers will surely come in the future, the $5k amount is truly meaningless ATM.
