I summit every post I make on my site to Digg.com. I copy the same exact title and the same exact first two sentences from my posts to the Digg.com post. Is this Bad for my SERPs...Is this considered duplicate content?
You might get banned on digg. Try to submit from different resources and never from just one blog. This is the main reason on why users get banned on digg. Anyway submitting to digg is a good tactic if you are after fast indexing. Your post can be index in just two hours. At some point, digg can also help you in terms of rankings as this is a good source of quality backlinks.
I doubt that Google counts this as duplicate content. Two sentences out of hundreds don't really constitute copying - after all, people wouldn't be able to quote others if Google were so strict. Don't worry about it.
you will be get banned if some one reports on your post, Not only you id going to banned but your IP also going to ban. I had exprienced this, though i have not made any spam, just some one reported and Dig people had ban ID, with out asking, noticing or reporting about it to me, when i send them an email on support, those people were told me, it's irreversible process. and now i am not able to login with a new id too.
Yes, it is duplicated content. And you may also get baneed in digg. So digg some other good articles from other blogs or websites. And be unique to some extent while digging.
You are not going to ban in digg if you submit one post a day. I'm also using digg and I never have any problem using this SB site. We have the same technique in posting to digg and I have never encountered problems instead it gives me traffic.
I have been doing it but not every posts I make, It did not hurt me in serps so I would not worry. But I do use a different title and description.

Hi, i think it's not effect for your SERP's, effect of digg and other book marking site is only visitors and traffic.
