During this time I manage Blogs and Websites using dial-up internet connection, so that too much IP that connects to my account, including Gmail. Please explain to me, friends, since almost 2 years but still PR-0.
Is dial-up Internet connection can have a negative impact on Google-PageRank?

Dial up internet, as w3bmaster said, does not have any impact on Page Rank

Btw @ OP, what were you trying to say by "so that too much IP that connects to my account"?

For dial-up connection the main problem is it generates dynamic IPs. But it is good for SEO related job.

For dial up connection you will get dynamic IP so it is useful for some work in SEO but it doesnt affect PR as a whole And the problem with dial up connection is that your connection is too slow...

    Only issue is the speed.
Nothing to do at all with SEO or PR.

Yeah dial up has nothing to do with seo or PR, but you can work more efficiently with broadband.

Are you hosting your websites through this dial-up connection or are you just visiting your websites with the dial-up connection? If you're using dial-up for hosting then yes, it's not a good idea. But this shouldn't effect your pagerank that much. However, it will to an extent because one of the variables is page load time.

Dial Up Connection is Never Bad for Internet because the most popular form of Net connection for the home user, this is a connection from your computer to a host computer over standard telephone lines.

No i am using it from last 13 months. Main thing is speed Dial-up's theoretical 56kbps is only theoretical. Other things like internet traffic will affect your speed. You can't increase speed beyond 56kbps because dial-up's physical specifications aren't capable of a faster speed.
