Is Design that Important?

    Please take a look and tell me if I should change my design if I plan to enter alexa top 10k site in future.

    Or I should focus on building up content and traffic?

    I've dont really have confidence in that design because I thought many site looks better then mine!

    But yeah it's neat, but the top region is the one i'm without confidence on.
