I was going to buy their Wordpress Review Engine theme but concern somethings. So I sent them my questions through their contact form since 3 days ago. However there is no response from them yet, thus their live chat doesn't work - offline as always. Is this website valid? Is this website still alive / active? Does anyone here ever experienced purchased their Wordpress theme? Can they be trusted?

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. We talked with him that we found that he did that, if not, he can download again on the member area. After that, he bought that domain and made that website, and require us refund for him, he will send that domain to us. Sorry, we don't want to deal with him. Anyway, Paypal said he was right ( what??? ) and he got money back! Now, some customers like you, will don't believe to us!
