    Hi

I have taken ebay affliation from the UK location and I am sending customers from USA or some other country lets say India to my UK based site.So Is there any clause in ebay terms and condition for ACRU conversion ( valid or Invalid).

Because it might be illogical for somebody to stay in one country and hop to other country for ebay shopping..

A person from anywhere can sign-up for any ebay site, it's reasonable, you could for instance be English but live in India so want to join ebay.co.uk. Or American but work in France so join ebay.com (particularly if you don't read French)

Also an eBay user can sign-in and bid from any ebay site regardless of which site he signed-up to.

However, if you're after ACRUs (new sign-ups) and you direct non UK users to the UK site I would expect many to go to their regional site and sign-up there, in which case you won't get a commission. (I could easily be wrong about this, just my feeling)

If you get a decent number of non-uk clicks I would suggest you sign-up for other regional eBay affiliate programs and try to direct users to the most appropriate site (assuming you're an affiliate of the site) perhaps use Geo targeting to direct users to the most appropriate site.

If you're not affiliated with the most appropriate site I would suggest directing users to ebay.com as they at least give the best commission. It's certainly not worth sending US users anywhere else.:D
