I wanted to add infolinks to my site. They recommend paypal as the preferred choice of payment.

I have a bank account in India but i dont have a credit card. Can i start a paypal account?

You don't need a CC to open a paypal account. CC is however required for verified buyers / sellers when you exceed some threshold limits to spend / receive funds.

You may get more clarity from PayPal site

I dont think so, Paypal i think requires that you should have an active working Credit card.

You can definitely cashout even with an unverified paypal account but there is an upper limit of $ 500 per month. You would not be able to withdraw more than this sum...each month!

If you have $100 then you can directly cashout in your bank account but if your bank is not supported then you need $150 minimum amount for withdraw process by check .

But once you are verified then you can lift up your limits and withdraw more then $3k+ pr month .

Yes. Paypal support banks which have IFSC codes that are needed to process transactions.

There is no need of credit card and verification if you are using a premium membership till $3000 .. and there is a limit of $500 a month. After that you will need to get verified. But to start with there is no need of CC.

I think that you can open a pp-account and recieve money from buyers. But not send em until you add and verify a CC.
