is craigslist traffic good enough for adsense?

I've gotten over 20,000 hits from craigslist and other places without SEO or any page rank, now it finally died down since I already went through every city in craigslist's traffic site. I am not sure whether this follows the TOS or not, but I posted it on my blog. Enjoy...

I am writing my next post on how to carefully posting things on craigslist and how to avoid ghosting, I posted over 47 states within 2 week period, and I think I still got ghosted heh, I've found a way to go around ghosting

 

I have a few.

- Setup an autoresponder for people to email you.
- Advertise your ebay ad.

 

I did try to send autoresponder, but thats too slow... you can only gather the people thats interested enough to email you, even if the ad is good you still only get only around 100 emails...

 

Do you have a good way of spamming kajiji or gumtree?

 

google doesn't like craigslist traffic because most of it is created through spamming. They'll ban you eventually.

 

but its pretty targeted traffic, I mean, people clicks on your ad is likely to be interested in the service that you provide, and yah, I do use kajiji and gumtree, because kajiji and gumtree does not allow me to post links without paying, the people ended up going directly to the link or use search engine for my link, which is good either way to balance out referal, direct and search, I am writing that on my posts later on

 

Generating traffic to pages viewing adsense ads is against TOS and I personally know people that have lost accts for doing this as recent as 2 days ago. I'm not the police and I'd never report you, but just a warning that you're risking your account.

 

I am not generating traffic for adsense, I am generating traffic for my content, which I make money off. I do provide content which my craigslist customers are interested in, adsense is simply there to help me generate more revenue.

 

IT is very impressive visitor you get from Craigslist. I want to try.

Well spamming and non generic traffic isnt a big issue google have its own pattern but the thing is conversion whats you CTR ratio.

 

While craigslist is good for traffic, you don't want to limit yourself to 1 source. Find more sources such as kijiji, directories, and more to build your backlinks and gain more traffic.

 

What is ghost here? By the way, I'm a newbie.
