is CPC programs for ever

is programs like ADsense or other CPC programs are forever . ( keeping click fraud /competition in mind) . Wat do you expect will payout for clicks go up or down in future?

 

Not forever but will stay around for a long time

 

well CPC is just a structure for sales point of view.. rest are CPM / CPA etc.

talking abt forever its all about the traffic quality; CPC works best with the search engines like google becasue the traffic quality is absolutely superb.. but cpc on banners don't seems to be that effective.

 

for me answer is yes

and future will bring more big players

 

the prob is CPC gets saturated with the increase intraffic .. and when that happens cpc of a keyword increases..

 

I don't think the market is saturated yet in the sense of the amount of advertisers. For now I think the amount of websites and the amount of advertisers are growing at approximately the same rate - which means that for us publishers that we should only expect an increase in income if our visitor-numbers go up.

 

CPC will carry on for a long time as it is the easiest way to promote your site and gain traffic.

 

As google and other cpc networks improve click fraud tracking and advertisers take more responsibilty with better software for tracking the effectiveness of their campaigns, I think CPC will just get bigger and bigger. Its a great way for companies to bring attention to their products/service almost instantly.

 

I already saw this happen: Clicks are starting to pay less, so only the strongest will be able to make profit. in the future the prices will decrease problably even more.

 

As long as people are buying through internet, CPC program will be there.
