I use google adsense to make money online with my site. I have put Both adsense banners,

    1) "Link Unit"
    2) "Adsense For Content"

    on my site.

I think pay rate (CPC) for "Link Unit" is lower than "Adsense for Content" when some one click on banner. Mean, cpc for "link unit" and "Adsense for content" different.

    What do you think?

CPC is usually higher for me on link units, depending on the site. They pages they land on are more focused and chances are lead to more conversions for the advertisers. Of course, lots of people just click once & leave. :)

Check your "individual ad unit" type reports in the adsense and you can figure out what your real CPC is figuring that into it. If you really, really blended the ads well there might only be 2% of people clicking on a follow through ad.
