    I had success to rank my site by connect private blog network. I was using no more than 1% main keyword density but to be honest I didn't care about that. Strong PBN doing the most job

    Forget about keyword density, if you are going to build a content then keep your audience in mind.
    There are actually a lot of factors to be considered for a site to rank document sharing is just one of those.
    You can give it a go as long as you stay relevant and produce high quality content.
