Is comcast blocking a site?

I am in the middle of writing a blog post about the truth about Scientology and I went to view this guy's anti-Scientologist site which shows some of Scientology's copyrighted material. Anyhow, the website is http://www.lermanet.com and when I clicked on the link I got:

    Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.lermanet.com.

    * Check the address for typing errors such as
    ww.example.com instead of
    www.example.com
    * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.
    * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I also tried IE and it didn't work, then I decided to use a proxy and it went right through and I got to see this guy's whole website.

What's your take on what's going on?

I'm in England and get the exact same message, so i don't think that it is Comcast who are blocking the site. :)

it could be that the server it is hosted on got null routed ip due to abuse reports and only certain datacenter and those ISP connected to them can access it.

or its jsut temp "ISP update delay" problem.

It must have been something else because I'm at a friend's house who has Comcast and I can now view it. Thank you to those who offered help.
