Is coding a Wordpress theme really EASY?????

    Can anyone guide me up how do i code a design or a normal HTML site files to a Wordpress template??
    I know,its easy,but i just dont know what and what steps.
    Anyoen hwo helps me,can get some bucks from me also.
    I need to learn it now.
    Kindly help me..
