Well, they deleted my 2 names for some reason - I have no idea why (neither had any even remotely "illegal" content)
Plus if you want to earn from your website you will have to pay $3 after a year.
    So, stay away.
You might want to check www.cz.cc instead

co.cc are domains that are easy to obtain but they are not that good.
It's better to be on wordpress or blogger or get a paid domain from godaddy.

Believe me friend. co.cc are not that good.

Stay away from such services, they have zero value when you want to resell your sites etc

They have quite the rep of stealing high-traffic domain names and selling them on Sedo. If you must have a free domain, I think cz.cc or co.cc is the best route.

I would definitely not recommend a .co.cc domain name. I and friends have experienced countless problems with them before. A .info would suit your needs... GoDaddy is selling them for around $1 a time, including all VAT and pre-sales charges. :) Check it out, definitely worth it!

I haven't had any issues with .co.cc, but I would say you are better off registering a .info.
I use .co.cc's for things like gaming clan websites, developer websites etc. Things I know I most likely won't need after a year.

Yeah they're useless for setting up actual sites. Only good if you want a cheap throwaway domain

I would definitely recommend .co.cc I have a account with them, I used it for more than 2 years and I am still happy with them. Later I bought a .com and shifted one site on it. Still 1 domain is with them and I have no complaints.
